Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our company's expansion strategy through new store openings and support our current locations by building connections within the community. This position contributes to our success by serving as the boots on the ground and collaborator for local marketing execution, helping make BIBIBOP restaurants authentically engaged in the local community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing promotional activities for our new store launches, and fostering local community engagement through fundraising and connection-building efforts.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify local trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to optimize marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement in current and new markets.
- Spearhead local store marketing initiatives, including connecting with community events, fundraisers, and sponsorships to build strong ties and brand presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to new store openings, including promotions, giveaways, and community outreach activities, to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of new store openings and events for across various channels, including digital, social media, advertising, PR activities, emails, and print.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and timely delivery of materials to new store locations.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve strategies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to achieve marketing objectives within specified deadlines.
- Conduct and analyze guest surveys to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement strategies to address feedback, enhance guest satisfaction, and improve overall guest experience.
