As a Talent Manager, you hold the keys to the organization’s healthy and sustainable growth. You own the creation and execution of talent strategies for Gosh Enterprises Shared Services and three restaurant brands. You establish trust with key stakeholders across the organization, work in partnership with Hiring Managers to effectively source the best candidate for each opening. You build and maintain relationship with vendors and recruiting partners, community organizations and campus career services. You work with a cross-functional team to define and promote Gosh Enterprises employment brand. You create infrastructure that supports the growth and mobility of existing talent.
Key Deliverables:
Talent Strategy
- Well-versed in business priorities and create targeted talent strategy to support the sustainable growth of the organization
- Experience in both measuring results and building out KPIs
- Experience in both corporate hiring as well as high volume hiring
- Previous experience with either iCIMS or UKG is a plus
Talent Acquisition
- Effectively identifies and recruits diverse candidates for open positions within Shared Services using a variety of sourcing strategies.
- Partner with Bibibop operation leaders and field recruiter in strengthening field talent infrastructure and strategy
- Lead/facilitate exceptional onboarding experience for new team members to effectively integrate into the Gosh Community. Partner with hiring managers to set the new member up for long-term success.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline
Employment Brand
- Work with key stakeholders from all three restaurant brands and Shared Services to define and refine enterprise as well as brand-level employment identity.
- Energize Gosh employment brand using social media strategies.
Campus/Community Relations
- Spearhead the creation of Gosh Campus Recruiting initiative.
- Create win-win partnership in which Gosh and education community could contribute to each other.
