Position Objective:
Support the People Services team with a focus on payroll and benefits.
Key Tasks
- Aid in processing payroll - full Monday to Wednesday on pay weeks
- Follow up with our operations teams
- Audit payroll periodically
- Help facilitate employee services
- Coordinate corporate and field leaves of absence, including FMLA and ADA paperwork and UKG LOA tracking
- Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and complete employer responses as needed
- Additional benefits support as needed (such as eligibility tracking or invoices)
Key Competencies:
- Experience with payroll- 3+ years with multi-state payroll processing
- 1 or more years’ experience in leave tracking and multi-state workers’ compensation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- UKG experience preferred
